Helping people through workplace conflict before it becomes a crisis.
We've all been in conflicts at work, whether it's the slow drip of seemingly constant, minor issues; communication breakdowns on the team; or even a big blow-up with a co-worker.
It can feel exhausting, frustrating, and isolating.
It's no wonder that conflict is one of the main causes of burnout and why we leave jobs early ... but we're often expected to just deal with it without much (or any) support.
My passion is providing that helping hand with warmth, understanding, friendliness, a just-between-us mentality, and a storytelling approach.
