We are a married couple living on Boston's North Shore with our dog, Freddy. We are both dedicated HR professionals, passionate lifelong learners, and Do HR Well is where we come to blog and dork out on everything HR.

 

Tara LeSage is an HR Business Partner, originally from Ireland and holds master's degrees in human resource management and journalism, and certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management, the Association for Talent and Development, and the Project Management Institute. She is also  a workplace mediator certified by the International Mediation Institute and a conflict resolution trainer.

Arielle LeSage is an HR Manager, originally from New England, has previously worked for Harvard Business School, and holds a master's degree from Harvard in Industrial-Organizational Psychology as well as certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management and the Association for Talent and Development.

Freddy holds a degree in being the best boy and is very good at hooman resource management (a.k.a. getting his Moms to feed him).
